Shipping policy

For any item not purchased from our Ready-Made Shop please keep in mind the 1-3 day crafting process is not included in the shipping time. As always I aim to make your products as fast as possible. Check out my Instagram account where I frequently update my current lead times, as orders add up they will slowly increase. 

• Domestic shipping within Canada takes approximately 3-5 days.
• International shipping takes 5-8 days or expedited shipping in 1-3 days depending on the destination.
• We offer shipping domestically through Canada Post and international delivery through DHL Shipping.
• We will be happy to replace any orders lost at the fault of the carrier during transit. We cannot replace any orders delivered to the incorrect address or due to individual delivery preferences. If you require special delivery please contact us prior to ordering.
