Refund policy

We stand behind every product that passes through our hands, and paws, with every intention to never see it again. If you are unhappy with your products please reach out to me right away. I will always aim to make sure you are beyond happy with what you receive. However sometimes these items may sadly find their way back to us.

• Refundable items will need to be returned without any signs of use in order for you to receive a full refund. 
• You will be fully refunded only once the items have been received and inspected. 
• Any bespoke project is not returnable, when creating something bespoke I work closely with my clients to create exactly what they're looking for. 
• Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
• Each return is handled on an individual basis and at the discretion of ONE21
