Shipping
  • Domestic shipping within Canada takes approximately 3-5 days.
  • International shipping takes 5-8 days or expedited shipping takes 1-3 days, depending on the destination.
  • We offer domestic shipping through Canada Post and international delivery through DHL Shipping.
  • We will be happy to replace any orders lost at the fault of the carrier during transit. We cannot replace any orders delivered to the incorrect address or due to individual delivery preferences. If you require special delivery please contact us prior to ordering. 
Warranty

Our goal is for you to carry our goods with you for a lifetime. With this in mind, we’re happy to guarantee your unique handmade goods for life. We offer two ways in which to claim a warranty on your product:

  • The main warranty covers faults in the materials (leather & thread) and workmanship from regularly intended product use. In the event a product is eligible for warranty we will have the product shipped back to us for a free repair, or send you a replacement.
  • The second warranty option is for those who have exceeded the standard for “regular wear.” For any product faults due to unconventional use, we offer the opportunity for repair or replacement at a reduced price.

Each warranty request will be assessed on an individual basis and at the discretion of ONE21. 
Return policy

We stand behind every product that passes from our hands to yours, with the intention to never see it again! If you need a return processed for your product,  please reach out to us at theo@one21goods.com.

  • Refundable items need to be returned without any signs of use for a full refund.
  • You will be fully refunded once the items have been received and inspected.
  • Any custom projects are not returnable.
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Each return is handled on an individual basis and at the discretion of ONE21.
Leather Care
  • The leathers we use are naturally vegetable-tanned genuine leather from tanneries across the world. We take pride in knowing that these hides come from long running locally-owned and operated tanneries, passed on to locally owned suppliers.
  • Keeping in mind these hides belonged to kind creatures that walked this earth, we expect to see natural markings on all materials and enjoy the opportunity to incorporate them as we see, in our products.
  • Knowing this we recommend our leather balm in order to care for all your leather materials.
